Corrugated boxes are among one of the safest ways to protect products during transportation. They have the advantage of holding their shape, are lightweight, can be printed and are stackable. They are available in a wide range of shapes, types and sizes. We have a wide range of conventional and die-cut boxes of various sizes in stock.
Die-cut boxes are produced using cutting tools and can be made of smooth or corrugated paper/board. The boxes can also be printed and can be supplied either flat or erected.
RSC products can be manufactured from 3, 5 or seven layered corrugated board with different fluting combinations. They can be supplied in any dimension ranging from small boxes to Pallet and Mega-boxes. They can be printed with original company logos or any other graphics.
Corrugated boxes and lids are mainly used for the storage of goods rather than for their transport. They can be supplied either flat or erected.
Archive boxes are produced using cutting tools and are mainly used for the safe storage of documents. The boxes are designed to stack horizontally to save space whilst protecting the documents requiring to be stored from dust.
WPA has a standard range of wine boxes allowing 1, 2 or 6 bottles to be packed safely and easily making them an ideal choice for gifts at Christmas or other occasions. They can be printed in any number of colours and styles.
WPA offers a Corrugated Cones printed ‘Do Not Stack’ which can be attached to the top of shipment packaging to prevent other items being stacked on top. They can be printed with company logos and can be supplied in quantities ranging from 50 to 1,000.
Internal Cut-Outs are produced using cutting tools and can be made of smooth or corrugated paper/board.They are ideal for product location and protection inside boxes. WPA has a number of standard cut-out tools but is also able to design and manufacture shapes tailor made to suite specific customers products.
WPA is able to manufacture corrugated or cardboard divisions which can be fitted into boxes to separate small items.
Printed Paper Bags are ideal advertising medium. WPA is able to print paper bags of your choice in any colour with and no tooling cost.
Corrugated Rolls are used to wrap products prior to shipment. The corrugated flutes ensure that product protection is evenly distributed. They can also be used as a pack filling material or as layer pads between products and are manufactured from re-cycled paper and thereforeare more environmentally acceptable.
Edge Protectors are manufactured from solid board and protect products from damage during handling and strapping. They are especially effective in protecting vulnerable edges and corners.
Corruplast is a corrugated sheet manufactured from high density polyethylene or polypropylene. It is a lightweight flexible material that WPA has the technology to cut and weld into boxes making them an ideal solution where returnable packaging is required.
