WPA specialises in the production of custom designed timber packaging. We manufacture non-standard timber pallets, boxes and crates and are able to attach foam fittings to enable the safe transport of fragile products such as glass, ceramics and electronics.
We produce and supply custom-designed pallets to suit our customers’ needs. Pallets can be treated to meet IPPC Standards for export shipments. Pallets can be manufactured from timber, plywood, OSB or a combination of materials that give the most cost-effective solution. Foam can be laminated to pallets to provide extra cushioning.
Wooden boxes and crates can be manufactured from timber, OSB or ply-wood in various thicknesses. Again they can be treated to meet to IPPC Standards for export shipment and can be supplemented with polyethylene foam and arksorbers to improve cushioning.
We offer a worldwide export packaging service using boxes and containers. We will recommend the most suitable type of packaging according to product type and the desired method of transportation. In addition to packaging design and supply our services can also include packaging, transportation, unpacking and installation of the product at the final destination.
